I owned this house for the 1978-1979 school year
while employed at North Central Technical Institute.

It is located at the north end of Redwing Road on the flood
plain of the Big Rib River and 2.5 miles from Rib Mountain
  (depending on route).

This A-frame was built as a ski lodge and had a floor furnace
equipped with a thermostat powered by the pilot light (to
obviate the possible interruption of electric power).
